Hand-picked. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold skin maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 23ºC. Aged in used French oak barrels for 14 months.

Fragile ruby-garnet color. Fine aroma, with notes of red berries, plum and spices. On tasting, the attack is medium-bodied, with a lot of freshness. It is all elegance, finishing with present and firm tannins.
