Maynard's Colheita 2007 Tawny shows a structure of consolidated, well-matured complex flavors. It presents extraordinary tertiary aromas, where the residual sugars evolved and now presenting a Port wine with a dry profile, showing aromas of caramelized nuts and where the acidity stands out.

It was produced using the traditional method of Port wine. It is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It has been maturing in wood for over 10 years, although Colheitas Port wine never has aged for less than 7 years in wooden barrels.
