The grapes were received in the cellar, in the special line, with total disengagement and manual choice of clusters and later "bago a bago" by an optical selection machine. Fermentation was done in press, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control.

Tasting Note: This wine demonstrates a violaceous color, and a soft, fruity aromatic profile. It is a complex wine on the palate, deep but delicate. The aromas of ripe fruit that were felt in the nose appear subtlety also in the mouth and continue at the end of the race.

It harmonizes very well with a medium-intensity cheese-based starter or the meal with fatty fish or meat dishes.
