Man played an essential role in the creation of wines, which transports us to greater levels of pleasure and satisfaction. It starts with the hand of Man, who plants the vine, takes care of it and picks the succulent grapes that this plant produces. The wines that are made by hand, are combined with similar mastery to that of a perfumer. These wines result from mixing wines from different kites to create the final batch. The different notes we selected and the careful combination of the different flavors create the final wine.

All grapes are de-stemming before being slightly crushed by a pneumatic press and the resulting must is decanted for 24 hours at 10 ° Celsius in 2,500 liter stainless steel vats. Only the first juice of the press is transformed into wine. The must is collected in new French oak barrels with 225 liters, where it will be fermented for 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10 ° and 14 ° Celsius. The wine ages in the same barrels for another 9 months with battonage.

The process of fermentation and aging in barrels carefully selected for this purpose, results in a very elegant, fresh, vibrant, floral, mineral, intense wine with a great capacity for aging.
