Jelly, jam, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very smooth wood notes, a prolonged and persistent finish denoting a good integration in the wood and recalling the aromas.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 1 year and 8 months in new French oak barrels.
