During a visit to Sardinia, PJ Rigney became curious about the “Sa pompia” variety of lemons – one of the rare citrus fruits in the world – and the idea was born to create Sardinian Citrus.

Distilled with oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea and a touch of Sardinian lemons, “Sa pompia”. IT IS slowly distilled by hand at "The Shed Distillery".

In the mouth, it has an exotic, long and mysterious finish.
