In 1988, an American-Danish couple set out on a sailboat to find a place to start a family and plant a vineyard.
This is the star of the house, produced only in limited quantities and in exceptional years. The wine was aged for 14 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels, during which time there was a combination of the grape-vine characteristics and the oak components.

Red color. Ripe red fruit aroma, notes of smoked and spices, complex. Very soft and round on the palate, with fruit and elegant texture. Balanced with just acidity to contribute to the pleasant freshness. Smooth and attractive mouth finish.
