Gin do Montado Alentejano interprets the rural identity of the Alentejo and an incomparable ecosystem, the Montado. In the interior, between cork oaks and holm oaks, in harmony with nature and the traditions of the Alentejo, a dry gin is produced, where the essences of the earth predominate.

In the fields lives the “lord of the Montado”, the pata negra, a source of inspiration that decisively contributes to the preservation of the Mediterranean ecosystem.

Produced exclusively with organic botanicals, from Cork, Acorn and Carob, harvested and distilled, they are later reintegrated into the ecosystem, thus respecting the balance of nature.

From this perfect symbiosis between Nature, Alchemy of aromas and production process, an ecological cycle is created, from harvest to bottle.
