Ruinart is made with 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir. It offers a transparent color, with a golden sparkle and a fine and persistent bubble. The "bouquet" expresses elegance and subtle aromas of white fruits, with hints of hazelnut and almond. Floral notes reminiscent of hawthorn, wild rose and ac cia are also developed, combined with a touch of fresh butter and pastry. In the mouth, it is perfectly balanced between intense vivacity and voluptuousness. Golden yellow color with a beautiful shine. Very good mousse and perfect bubbles.
