The cuvée l'Excellence elegantly expresses the richness of its terroir. In order to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit, the grapes are subjected to a cold maceration at low temperature, followed by maturation in stainless steel vats on fine lees. A beautiful gastronomic rosé whose minerality is revealed by the clay-limestone terrain rich in schist and quartz.
Tasting Note: An unctuous mouth, dominated by notes of vine peach and citrus. Persistent freshness with light saline notes at the end.
