Its history dates back to 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon joined forces to launch their Maison de Champagne. A familiar story since Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother and passionate about oenology, was involved in the making of the wines.

Harmonious, round and balanced, this cuvée, with reflections of yellow straw, stands out for the fineness of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent mousse.
The mature aroma, with floral freshness, with notes of ripe pears. Full on the palate, followed by perfect freshness and a rich bouquet. It can be consumed with a wide variety of dishes on all occasions.
