In a pale yellow, in the nose takes us immediately to the island and mixes a saline side with aromas of limestone terroir (in volcanic island, yes). It has spent ten months on lees and has several layers. We were able to feel the iodine of the sea and the smell of the sand farms, almost all of them on the grounds that flank the airport. It is intense, very fresh and with good acidity.
