The tenth edition enshres APPIUS as a cult wine from the winery. In fact, the 2019 harvest enjoyed an ideal summer and autumn that allowed Hans Terzer to bring new "work" to life. The formidable Cuvée is characterized by the fullness of its aromas, graceful in the reflections of its clarity, in the mouth that convinces with its extraordinary complexity and elegance.

Blonde yellow tending to straw yellow with rather bright reflections and olive shades. In the nose, extraordinary fragrant load of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya), which derives from Chardonnay. While Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc stand out with white-fleshed fruits such as quince and Williams pear. On the palate it gives a palpable intensity and richness. It has complete linear and direct potability, precise and well defined, solid and compact. The softness and acidity give a perfect balance.

Every year, not only the contents are reinterpreted, but the design of the bottle also changes. The goal is to create a valuable wine collection that will delight wine aficionados around the world every year. APPIUS is a limited edition: each of the 7000 bottles is numbered.
