Pouilly-Fuissé is the name of a village in the Mâconnais that produces highly distinctive Chardonnay wine. The vines that produce this wine are part of a breathtaking landscape where limestone and heavy clay soils combine to create a unique 'terroir'.

Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled with full malolactic fermentation. Aging occurs between 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats.

Of pale yellow color. Its nose is fresh revealing notes of fresh almond and pink grapefruit. Its mouth is frank with a touch of chlorophyll in the finish.
