This wine is based only on grapes from the Viosinho grape. Fermented and stagnated in new Portuguese oak barrels, it was intended to create a guard white that would extend in time. With the structure and complexity it presents, this is a wine with enormous aging potential, which can be consumed up to a number of years after its harvest.

Proof Notes: Straw yellow color. Aroma: Very fresh and fruity, it is full and complex. It features fresh fruit notes with some nuances of vanilla and dried fruits that enrich it and make it very interesting.

On the palate, the first sensation is fresh and turns out to be fruity, evolving into more complex flavors of dried fruits. It shows an excellent freshness that gives it harmony and makes it very pleasant. With a long and persistent finish, for its freshness promises longevity.

Excellent to accompany fish and seafood dishes.
