The best grapes raised at Quinta do Poço do Lobo were vindimated by hand and after rigorous selection and de-engement macerated 2 weeks in press with pneumatic tread. After malolactic fermentation the wine interacted.

Garnet red color gradually fading to mahogany.
Floral aroma, with notes of coffee and smoke, and subtle hints of spice. In the mouth, a taste of peppery spices, present but smooth tannins. The finish is long, dry and with a sweet/sour duality.
