The grapes were received in the cellar, in the special line, with total disengagement and manual choice of clusters and later "bago a bago" by an optical selection machine. Fermentation was done in press, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control. 12 months of partial internship in French oak barrels.

Proof Note: Bright and open ruby color. Very expressive and fruity in the nose, reminiscent of fruit candy, which continues during the race. Also noteworthy are fresh vegetable notes, elegantly wrapped with silky tannins, but full of character, and balanced acidity.

Although very versatile in the gastronomic connection, it accompanies particularly well with dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine and snacks.
