This is a thesis wine; thinking about the Antão Vaz variety, harvested at the right time, after waiting for aromatic and phenolic maturation and fermented in 500 liter French oak barrels together with a small percentage of Alvarinho, takes us to another oenological level.

Here we can see the Alentejo reflected in the minerality and in the sweet and spicy aromas of the cornflowers flowers and the bright sun; further on we find gravity, freshness, tension and linearity of a long and precise farewell. We finally realized that Alentejo can fit inside a small bottle.
