Gin Mare is produced in a small fishing village on the Costa Dorada in Spain, using original plants from the Mediterranean area. Alongside the traditional ones: juniper, bitter orange peel, Seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom and coriander seeds, four more less common ingredients are used, such as Arbequina olives, basil, rosemary and thyme.

The four "Mediterranean" plants immediately stand out in the aroma, especially rosemary. A lightness stands out, created by citrus and basil, with a green olive tone. Rosemary stands out on the palate, with a classic juniper nuance.
