With grapes produced in a family plot in Montemor-o-Novo, it results from a careful selection of them, 9 months of internship in new French oak barrels with 30 days of intense batonnage and 8 months of rest.

Pale yellow color, an intense nose, with notes of ripe pineapple, fresh notes of citrus and still some notes of spices from the wood. In the mouth it is generous, rich and concentrated aroma. It ends with good acidity and persistence. A very balanced wine, elegant but structured.
