Coming from vineyards of various sub-areas, we tried to express a wine with a unifying character of the various terroir of the Douro valley. It is based on traditional castes, such as Cercpal, Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Arinto, Folgazão.

The harvested grapes rested 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8 ° C in order to protect the integrity of the clusters. After rigorous selection in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. Part of the lot fermented and interaged in stainless steel vats for 8 months, and the rest in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: With a white yellow color, it features a fresh, complex aroma. Mineral character, which gives it freshness, along with citrus and floral notes, with a light smoky aroma. Franco in the mouth is mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by slight unctuousness.
