A mixture of more than 30 different red varieties, traditional from the Douro, from old vines located in Cima Corgo, especially in the valleys of Rio Torto and Rio Pinhão.

The grapes are trodden by foot, before and during the fermentation process. When the must is ready to receive the wine spirit, the fortification is done in a single moment by adding it to the must in the presses.

The wines are aged in very old wooden barrels (over 100 years old) for an average of 20 years.

Van Zellers 20 Year Old Tawny Port is a blend of old Ports with an average of 20 years of aging in old wooden casks. This Port is bottled as it is ordered, making it possible for everyone to enjoy this beautiful wine over many years, sharing with us its natural evolution over time.

Spicy, with a nutty flavor and aromas of orange blossom, ripe figs and a silky honey finish.
