On the Quinta de Ventozelo, every caste is a story and White is no exception. Viosinho is one of Ventozelo's great revelations. In hot land, this caste keeps its profile strong, with a captivating surroundings, freshness and minerality. The deep knowledge of its traits, times and adaptation to our soils is part of the secret that lies behind such a wine.

After a selection of curls in the vineyard, the berries were chosen by optical screening, choosing the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, defused and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16 °C.

Tasting Note: Fresh citrus and mineral aromas, with subtle hints of honey. On the palate is a wine with a surprising volume, where the fruit appears very well integrated and enhanced by freshness. Very round and balanced, it keeps until the end the citrus aromas that continue.

It is ideal when served as an appetizer, to accompany entrees or fish dish.
