CARM olive oils, located in the heart of the Douro Superior, which is one of the areas of Portugal with the greatest natural aptitude for olive farming of excellence, thanks to the nature of the shisterous soils with very poor exhibitions of olive grove and dry climate, characterized by marked differences in temperature between summer and winter. The olive groves lie at altitudes between 150 and 450 meters above sea level.

The best olives were selected for CARM Classic olive oil: Cobranciosa, Madural and Negrinha Verdial.

Very clean and fresh olive dominated by apple and artichoke notes. The taste is elegant with a long end of dried fruits.
