The best batches of grapes are vinified variety by variety. Aragonez ferments in “vinimatics”, while the other varieties ferment in mechanically treaded lagares, at a temperature of 22º to 24ºC. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels. Tasting notes: Aromas of red fruits, complexed by wood. In the mouth, velvety flavor, with an excellent structure and smooth tannins.
