Vindimated by hand in small boxes and by caste. With destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in mills (22 to 25 ºC), pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. He interaged for 18 months in new barrels, followed by 3 years of bottle internship.

Tasting Notes: Dense color, almost opaque. Complex and concentrated aroma, with notes of black berry fruit, combined with hints of bitter chocolate liqueur and some fresh mint. In the mouth it is deep, compact, dense and structured with a satin texture, long finish and full of character.
