Two distinct vineyards, one situated on the plateau of Favaios with shistous soil at an altitude of 600m. The other, from a 30-year-old vineyard plot, located in the north of the Cima Corgo region in an area of shale/granite transiction, at an altitude of 550m with a predominant South.

Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. Recection without defusing, crushing, followed by pressing. Decantation for 2 days, ferment in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
