After crushing the grapes, they undergo a thermal shock followed by treading on foot for four hours in granite presses. The must is transferred to small-capacity winemaking vats with temperature control. In this harvest 10% of the wines were fermented with the stalk. The varieties are vinified separately. Aging in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Very concentrated in color. The aroma shows a great depth, complex, with many aromatic nuances, without any note overlapping the other.

In the tasting it is vibrant, in a set of great elegance, excellent integration of the wood and with a very long aftertaste.
