The wine was partially fermented and aged in barrels (50%) with the rest in small stainless steel vats, before being bottled.

The schist and granite soils combined with the extremely varied topography allow the white wines to present outstanding acidity, minerality and freshness.

The whites of La Rosa are characterized by their floral, citrus and balanced fruit notes.

Tasting Notes: Intense aroma but contained with lively white fruit and strong minerality. On the palate it is dense and fresh, but also linear with a long finish. Subtle beginning with an explosion of flavors on the medium palate and a noble finish with delicious bitterness.
