Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 24º C. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels. Opaque garnet color. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits with light hints of chocolate mixed in. In the mouth, very smooth wood notes, a prolonged and persistent finish denoting a good integration into the wood.
