Hand harvest, with qualitative selection, for several weeks according to the state of maturation. Total destemming, crushing and pressing. Fermented entirely in stainless steel vats and aged using the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak barrels of different capacities.

Attractive and bright amber color. Intense aromas reminiscent of orange peel, dried fruit and caramel. In the mouth, medium sweet, with aromas of nuts and spices. Very balanced with an elegant and long finish.

Excellent when served with cheeses, tropical fruits, cakes, custard tarts, fruit tarts, butter cookies and berries.
