Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Campanário, Estreito da Calheta and Prazeres area were used. Grapes pressed in continuous press. Fermentation interruption through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%).

Aging in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak casks, aged in barrels and bottled in its purest state.

Stones of orange. Lush and exquisite. Notes of fruit in syrup, wood and a slight aroma of honey. Smooth and sweet start mixing with excellent acidity in the end of the mouth.

Excellent as a digestive, rich fruit cakes, foie-gras, puddings and cheese.
