A unique Vinegar, produced from wines of the Touriga Nacional variety, aged in hull for 15 years. Produced from selected wines, this red wine vinegar estates in oak barrels, previously used for red wine stage. Clear color, ruby with orange laivos. Ideal for seasoning salads, vegetables or use in sauces. It is a soft and delicate vinegar.
