Considered the home of the Irish Sea God, 'Mac Lir', these mystical islands, known as the 'Other World', a place of eternal youth and beauty. You only reach these islands by conquering the Ninth Wave, the largest of all waves, which separates the terrestrial world from the Other World.

So Hinch Distillery decided to name a gin with its Ninth Wave Gin. With nine botanical ingredients, including lemon verbena, cardamom and orange peel, gin is a tasty balance between aromatic spices and citrus fruits.
