All grapes are hand-picked, with careful selection. Vesúvio is one of the few properties in the Douro, where all wines are produced using the traditional method of treading in granite presses, among the largest in the Douro valley, and offered exclusively as a single Quinta Vintage Port. Classic and monumental wines with fabulous rich fruit character.

Aromas of Mediterranean wood, resin, rosemary and eucalyptus notes. Luxurious on the palate, with delicious flavors of wild berries, blackcurrant and licorice. Bulky and muscular, the peppery tannins give the wine a beautiful structure.

It is a fabulous accompaniment to chocolate desserts such as chocolate pudding, but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
