Quinta do Noval has approximately 26 hectares dedicated to olive groves. The olive groves are polyvarietal, made up of several Portuguese olive tree varieties.

The olive groves are traditional, non-irrigated and pruning is done manually. To extract the best quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the olives are cold pressed. Most of the olive trees at Quinta do Noval are over 200 years old. Consequently, they produce a richer and more complex oil.

Balanced, tasty and slightly spicy, our olive oil, like our wine, expresses the terroir of Quinta do Noval.
