The grapes were received in the cellar, in the special line, with total disengagement and manual choice of clusters and later "bago a bago" by an optical selection machine. Winemaking was done in a press, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control.

Taste Note: Good concentration of color, aromatically intense, this wine reveals the primary aromas of the grape, simultaneously floral and fruity. In proof, very balanced, with mature tannins, with a long finish and full of freshness.
