Mirabilis Tinto is inspired by the line of the great wines of the world, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created. After the judicious selection of the best plots and a “manicure” harvest, this lot comes into confrontation with the origin of the raw material, putting the concept of terroir on the sidelines. It is an unrepeatable wine, not copyable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters of each of our best barrels, going through a long test experience until the final result. Mirabilis mirrors the wine years with the greatest depth of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflecting in a dense, intense wine of aromas, three-dimensional, enormous physical, deep and very precise persistence. A wine that is beyond our understanding… and calmly approaches human maturity.
