Sweet, smoky and woody. The aromas of caramelized oak, woody cinnamon, honey-roasted ham and rock salt are all present, but are immediately followed by a wave of truffle smoke, giving it a unique character.

In the mouth, whiskey features strong truffle flavors with hints of fruit and licorice notes. The initial flavor is smoked nuts and grilled meats, which then gives way to charred herbs and a sweetness of fresh fruit.

The finish is long and satisfying, with notes of charred chilli and bonfire smoke lingering on the tongue.
