Manual harvest. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold pelicular maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 23ºC. Aged in used French oak barrels for 14 months.

Cor pomegranate-fragile ruby. Fine aroma, with notes of red berries, plum and spices, on the palate the attack is medium-bodied, with a lot of freshness. All of it is elegance, ending with present and firm tannins.
