Brown core, coppery with a fine golden maple. Primary aromas are elegant, rich and very delicate. Rum and raisin notes, cloves, nutmeg and ground black pepper notes. Plums, quinces and apricots dance on your palate while lemon and orange peel zest provide a fresh acidity that balances the richness of the wine.

Notes of brazed pineapple, passion fruit and lychia balance wonderfully with toasted coconut, almonds and caramel butter. The wine's texture and body envelop the palate and the finish is fresh and very balanced. The end of the mouth feels eternal tempting it for more.
