Manual harvest and carefully selected grapes in the vineyard and cellar. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold pelicular maceration for 24 hours before the start of fermentation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 23ºC. Stage in new and used French oak barrels for 18 months.

Deep color, concentrated, with a complex aroma, with a spicy character and great freshness. Wine with excellent tannic structure and balanced acidity that will allow an excellent aging in the bottle.
