The Volcanic Series are wines of volcanic origin, where the soils, In this almost “mother rock”, in the middle of the Atlantic and at the base of the largest mountain in Portugal, where nothing else could grow, the grapes of this Volcanic Rosé, have matured as much as the brave Azorean climate allowed.

The clusters are carefully selected and the grapes are gently crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the help of pumps at low temperature and the resulting bleed spontaneously ferments at 12 °C in order to maintain all the aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes: Light-pink in color, with hints of cherry, it has a very intense nose to ripe strawberry, married with notes of iodine and black pepper. In the mouth it surprises, it is textured, saline, but fresh, with the salts persisting and pricking the palate. It's a Volcanic Rosé.

Fresh, elegant and saline rosé like few others. Ideal Partner of fish dishes, seafood and salads. It has volume and structure for white meat dishes. Perfect for Indian, Thai and Sushi food.
