The grapes were harvested by hand and carefully chosen and destemmed upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation without yeast inoculation took place in a lagar, with foot treading, for one week. After fermentation, the wine aged for 3 years in French oak barrels before bottling.

Medium color, complex aroma, marked by balsamic notes. In the mouth, it surprises with its freshness and salinity, which combine perfectly with its tannin, giving the wine a strong persistence.
