Nordés gin is defined as an “Atlantic Galician Gin”, that is, a gin from Galicia in Spain with a strong influence from the Atlantic. Nordés gin uses in its composition, in addition to about 15 traditional botanicals, a grape well known to the Portuguese: the alvarinho grape. It is precisely the use of this exclusive grape from Portugal and Spain that gives Nordés gin its distinctive character.
