This brandy is obtained from an early harvest of the Baga variety, in most vineyards, exclusively for the production of brandy, and from the decanting of white wines.

It is distilled in our charentais alembic and aged in new 50, 100 and 550 liter barrels and wooden casks in the cellar's area of greatest temperature range.

It is a brandy with about 25 years.
