Tasting Notes: Color citrus yellow, with an intense aroma in which the citrus is well evidenced with a touch of cream. In the mouth the attack is dense, with acidity well marked but to be exaggerated. Retro rich in the middle of proof. It finishes with plenty of freshness and persistence.

For its specified and anatada component it combines well with both fish and roasted meat dishes, and for its acidity combines perfectly with simpler fish and seafood.
