Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Arco de São Jorge area were used. Grapes pressed in continuous press. Fermentation interruption through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%).

Aging in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak casks, aged in barrels and bottled in its purest state.

Glossy gold. Floral aromas, ripe citrus, almonds and honey. Bulky and soft, long and persistent finish.

Excellent as a digestive, cakes rich in fruit, foie-gras, passion fruit or caramel pudding, candied fruit and cheeses.
