Gouveio and Viosinho, are the chosen varieties, located on the Alijó Plateau at an average altitude of 600 meters located in granite/transition soils with an average age of 30 years whose productivity is in the order of 4,500 kg per hectare .

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color, with aromas of honey, kerosene, wood very well integrated and with a touch of wax. In the mouth it presents with great volume and great complexity, highlighting its freshness and persistence.

The very present minerality and intense freshness, a result not only of the granitic soils at an altitude of 600 mt, make this special edition a reason to smile without taking a sip. For a perfect communion, we welcome strong cheeses, fatty fish and, of course, white meats.
