Produced from Old Vineyards over 60 years old, with a mixture of indigenous Douro grape varieties, the grapes were properly selected and destemmed and fermented in a temperature-controlled vat for 8 days. The aging and malolactic fermentation took place in 30% new and 70% second-year French oak barrels for 18 months.

Test results:Good color intensity, aromas of ripe berries associated with spicy notes. In the mouth it has an excellent balance with good fruit, freshness and minerality.

Perfect with starters, white and red meats, cheeses.
